Office Administrator
We are
currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Office
Administrator to provide support to the firm. This position requires a
professional, efficient person with excellent administrative skills to
work in a fast-paced and demanding office.
A proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet is required. Must have
strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and possess excellent
organizational and communication skills. Must possess excellent
grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
The ability to prioritize,
multi-task and meet deadlines is also essential.
Individual will be responsible for
tasks including:
Typing of financial
reports and correspondence
Calendar
maintenance/Scheduling meetings
Telephone and Reception
Ordering/Maintaining supplies
Securing vendor estimates, processing invoices, ensuring vendor quality
Administrative support
for the firm (faxes, filing, mail, copying etc.)
Managing work in a
confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and
external individuals in an appropriate manner
Additional
responsibilities as needed
Hours –
Monday through Thursday from 8:30 to 4:30 (30 hours per week)
